Elephant Hill Project

The Elephant Hill Project is a proposed 228-unit residential development on a 120-acre undeveloped foothill site in the City of Pomona, bordered by State Route 57. The project sets aside at least 23.74 acres of coastal sage scrub habitat as a preserve, within a landscape that links Chino Hills State Park and the Angeles National Forest. Mapping support included regional and aerial vicinity maps, a site plan, a fuel modification map, and habitat/preserve area mapping.
