Ginkgo Stonehouse Residential Project (TTM No. 65348)

The Ginkgo Stonehouse Residential Project is a proposed nine-lot single-family subdivision on approximately 9 acres in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains in Sierra Madre. The project would demolish four existing residential structures and preserve roughly 4 acres as non-buildable open space. Mapping support included regional and aerial maps, USGS topographic mapping, and habitat mapping of the site's coastal sage scrub vegetation.
